Article 1 – Legal Nature of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding contract between Best Maple Game (“Best Maple”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and every natural person (“you”, “Player”, or “user”) who accesses, installs, or otherwise utilises any portion of the Best Maple social-casino environment. Entry into the platform—whether through a browser, stand-alone application, or integrated third-party service—constitutes complete acceptance of all provisions herein. If any clause is unacceptable to you, your only remedy is to cease all access immediately.
Article 2 – Description of the Service
Best Maple offers purely recreational simulations of casino-style games—slot reels, card rooms, wheels of fortune, and other chance-based entertainments—using virtual coins and similar digital tokens.
- Virtual assets have no cash value, may not be exchanged for money, goods, or services, and carry no property rights.
- Success inside the platform does not predict or imply success at real-money gambling.
- The platform does not provide opportunities to wager or win legal tender, cryptocurrency, or prizes with intrinsic value.
Article 3 – Player Eligibility
- Age Requirement – You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legal Capacity – You must have the right and ability to enter contractual relations in your jurisdiction.
- Local Restrictions – Where local law prohibits social-casino content, access is forbidden.
- Proof of Eligibility – We may request documentary evidence of age or identity at any time; failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination.
Article 4 – Account Creation and Security
- Certain features (for example, cloud save or cross-device play) require a user profile or a link to an external identity provider.
- You agree to supply accurate, current information and to safeguard all login credentials.
- You bear sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your credentials unless the activity results from our direct negligence.
Article 5 – Licence to Use the Platform
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, display, and interact with the platform for personal entertainment only. No other rights—express or implied—are conveyed.
Article 6 – Virtual Currency and Items
Virtual coins, boosters, or similar items are licensed digital content subject to the following rules:
- They may be earned through gameplay, promotional campaigns, or, where offered, in-app purchases.
- They cannot be redeemed, refunded, gifted outside the in-game interface, or exchanged for legal tender.
- Upon the closure of your account or termination of these Terms, any unused balance is cancelled without compensation.
Article 7 – Acceptable Conduct
While engaging with Best Maple you must refrain from:
- Employing bots, macros, or data-scraping tools.
- Disassembling, decompiling, or reverse-engineering any software component.
- Harassing, defaming, threatening, or stalking other users or staff.
- Promoting commercial offers, political propaganda, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to trade virtual assets for anything of worth outside the platform.
Violation of the foregoing may trigger warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, deletion of virtual assets, or other remedial steps we deem appropriate.
Article 8 – Intellectual-Property Statement
All art, animations, logos, audio, code, databases, text, and trade names appearing within Best Maple are protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. No ownership or proprietary interest passes to you; the limited licence in Article 5 governs your usage.
Article 9 – Third-Party Services and Content
Best Maple may incorporate or reference services operated by outsiders—advertising networks, analytics providers, community forums, or storefronts. We do not control those entities and disclaim responsibility for their policies, reliability, or availability. Interactions with third parties occur solely between you and the relevant provider.
Article 10 – Platform Maintenance, Updates, and Experimental Features
We reserve absolute discretion to patch, expand, restrict, replace, or retire any game, mechanic, leaderboard, or other component—temporarily or permanently—without prior notice. Experimental or beta features may disappear or malfunction; your decision to test such features is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Article 11 – Disclaimers
The following exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No Warranty – The platform is offered “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
- No Advice – Nothing in the platform constitutes legal, financial, or gambling advice.
- Data and Asset Loss – We do not guarantee preservation of virtual items, achievements, or account statistics.
Article 12 – Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Best Maple, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, or licensors be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages—including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress—arising from or connected to use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our aggregate responsibility to any single Player shall never exceed the greater of (i) fifty Canadian dollars (CAD 50) or (ii) the total amount, if any, paid by that Player for virtual currency during the six months preceding the claim.
Article 13 – Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Maple and its affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Article 14 – Termination and Suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the platform’s integrity. Upon termination, all licences granted herein shall cease and any virtual assets or progress shall be forfeited.
Article 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Canada, to whose exclusive jurisdiction the parties irrevocably submit.
Article 16 – Severability and Waiver
If any provision proves unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. Our failure to assert a right or provision on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Article 17 – Amendment Procedure
We may modify these Terms at our discretion. We will post the revised version within the platform. Continued access after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
